Can you change the illness listed on an item?

Yes! Please read the "item details" section for each listing. If it says to specify your illness then you can purchase that item and leave a note. If it does not say that, then please click "custom order" and let me know what you want and I will edit it for you!

My items are gifts - can you leave out the prices?

For domestic orders: yes. But not for international orders since that is required for customs.

How much does it cost to ship multiple items?

Some of our products are sourced from different manufacturers, as a result your order may be split up into different shipments. This is done to keep prices and shipping times down. So don't worry if you get one item and not your whole order at once! You will still be provided with all your tracking info for all packages in your shipping confirmation!

Please contact me for multiple items (BEFORE purchasing) so I can get you the lowest shipping rate possible! In most cases, multiple item rates are cheaper than what is listed and if that's the case, you will get a refund for the difference!

What if something is wrong with my items?

If there is an issue with an item please contact me within five days of delivery.

Please message me before leaving negative feedback! I would like the opportunity to make things right!

Who pays for customs and international fees?

The buyer is responsible for all additional fees. There may be additional fees once an item gets to your country. If you choose not to pay those fees you still will not get a refund since I have already warned you of these fees. I do not accept returns.

If you order and do not claim your item(s) or do not pay your customs/international fees and the item is returned, you will not receive a refund.

Lost/stolen items?

I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. All items are sent with tracking. It is up to you to deal with a lost or stolen package with the mailing service.

My package was delivered to the wrong address?

I'm sorry but if you put in the wrong address and that's where your package is delivered to, I am not responsible.

I forgot to enter a coupon, help!

Unfortunately, after an order is placed I can't go back in and put in a coupon. Coupons have to be taken care of before ordering. Sorry!

My package is late?

Sorry but unfortunately I am not responsible for late deliveries since I cannot control the delivery company/driver.

I forgot to leave all required information needed for my order?

If you do not read the "item details" section and leave the information needed to fulfill your order, this can cause delays. This means that your "ship by" date will no longer be accurate and that is not my fault.

I will contact you up to three times informing you that you did not fill out all the required information. After that it is up to you to get back to me with the information. Your order will not be canceled and you will not receive a refund. You will get your item(s) once you get back to me with the proper information.
